Chloe
Met just after dawn. Only 5 other people in the field, + master, whip & huntsman.
Cold but bright with reasonable clear skies.
What a lovely morning. All the trees are changing colour and it is still really dry.
Out all morning and got back just before 12.
Chloe gave me a great ride. Jumping a couple of tricky fences, as one of the tiger traps had a steep drop the other side. She coped really well with some awkward ditches which she always jumps so well, judging them better than I can, and making a neat little jump.
This is probably one of my favourite mornings following hounds.
Sorrel
Went to the vets today for her second jab.
She is 10 weeks old today.
